By placing an order on our website, you confirm that:
- You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

3. Product Information
We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However:
- Slight variations in color may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
- All jewelry is gold-plated unless otherwise mentioned.
- We reserve the right to modify product details or pricing without prior notice.
4. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are applicable within India only.
- We accept prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
- Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation (for prepaid orders).
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.
5. Order Cancellation (COD Orders)
- COD orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support.
- Repeated fake or unaccepted COD orders may lead to restriction of COD service for that customer.
- Areeva Fashion reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.
6. Shipping & Delivery

7. Return & Exchange
Return and exchange rules are governed by our separate Return & Exchange Policy, available on the website.
8. 1 Year Gold Plating Warranty
At Areeva Fashion, we are committed to delivering high-quality gold-plated jewelry.
This 1 Year Gold Plating Warranty covers only gold plating fade issues within 12 months from the date of delivery and is applicable to specific eligible products only.
Refund Structure
- 0–3 months from delivery: 50% of the selling price will be refunded.
- 3–6 months from delivery: 25% of the selling price will be refunded.
- 6–12 months from delivery: 15% of the selling price will be refunded.
No claims will be accepted after 12 months from the date of delivery.
Eligibility & Conditions
To qualify for a claim:
- Customer must provide a clear and proper video showing that only the gold plating has faded.
- The product must not be physically damaged, broken, misused, or tampered with.
- The warranty applies strictly to gold plating fade only.
- Eligible products are entitled to one claim only under this policy.
- Claims that do not meet these conditions will not be approved.
How to Claim
Customers must email the following details:

- Clear video proof
- UPI ID for refund processing

Approval & Refund
- All claims are subject to verification and approval by Areeva Fashion.
- Once approved, the refund will be processed to the provided UPI ID within 7–10 working days.
- Areeva Fashion reserves the right to approve or reject any claim after inspection.
Important Notes
- Warranty timeline starts from the date of delivery.
- This policy applies only to gold plating fade issues.
- Claims raised after 12 months will not be entertained.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, images, product designs, graphics, and text, is the property of Areeva Fashion and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or copying is strictly prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
Areeva Fashion shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Allergic reactions due to individual skin sensitivity.
- Improper use or mishandling of products.
Customers are advised to follow proper jewelry care instructions.
11. Force Majeure
We shall not be held responsible for delays or failure in performance caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, courier delays, or government restrictions.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi, India.
13. Amendments
Areeva Fashion reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
